Discover this gem from a charming holiday home. After a complete renovation, we have been letting our fisherman's house since summer 2023: right on the seafront, with your toes almost literally in the sand.

La Maison du Pêcheur is in stylish Saint-Raphaël, a lively and charming seaside resort for young and old. Right on the seafront, the house enjoys a stunning view of the impressive Santa Lucia marina and the Mediterranean.
The house faces south, has recently been fully renovated and is fitted out to measure. It is ideal for 4 people and equipped for up to 5. The rooms are on the compact side, but cosy and very practical: a charming stay with every comfort.

The location of La Maison du Pêcheur is unique. From the balcony you look out over the yachts, sailing boats and fishing boats sailing in and out of the harbour every day: instant holiday feeling.
The house is the last in a row of elegant French houses along the seafront boulevard, on the corner of a semi-detached block. The back looks out onto a quiet one-way street. The neighbourhood is pleasant, tidy and safe.
Cross the boulevard and stroll along the 2 km quay of the third-largest marina on the Côte d'Azur, with authentic restaurants and terraces, a grocery shop, a bakery and a fishmonger. The harbour is also home to the Palais des Congrès, with concerts, theatre and festivals all year round.
Saint-Raphaël lies in the Var, halfway between Cannes and Saint-Tropez. Within an hour by car, boat or train you can explore both the eastern and western coast: Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Antibes, Fréjus, Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez.

Saint-Raphaël Valescure TGV station is 1.3 km away, Fréjus station 2.4 km. So you can easily explore the area without a (hire) car.

You can park at the back of the house or for free, all year round, in the public car park directly opposite.

Security deposit of €500 for the house + €70 cleaning deposit (final clean). Payable in cash only to the concierge on arrival. After an inspection on departure, this amount is refunded in cash.
Booking & cancellation
- On booking: a 30% deposit of the total amount and signature of the rental agreement, which you receive by email.
- The balance must be paid no later than 3 weeks before arrival. If the balance is not paid on time, the booking lapses and the deposit is not refunded.
- Cancellation more than 3 weeks before arrival: the deposit is not refunded.
- Cancellation less than 3 weeks before arrival: 75% of the total rent is not refunded.
Your concierge on site
Sonia, our concierge in Saint-Raphaël, is there for you from arrival to departure: a personal welcome and tour, the inventory and deposit, and the handover and return of the keys. Check-in is possible 7 days a week. She makes sure your stay is pleasant and carefree.

How much does a stay cost?
In 2027 a night costs €150 in high season (July and August), €130 during the Easter holidays, June and September, and €120 in low season. Electricity and water are included. The minimum stay is 4 nights.
How does arrival work?
Sonia, our concierge on site, welcomes you personally, shows you around and hands over the keys. Check-in is by arrangement, 7 days a week. Arrival and departure days are flexible.

Are pets or children welcome?
Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited. Children are welcome from the age of 3, as there are stairs in the house.
Are bed linen and towels included?
They can be provided on arrival for an extra charge: €30 for a double bed and €20 for a single bed, each with 2 towels per person. Just let us know when you book.
